Aloha Friday

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response

My question today is a little more thought provoking than many of my other questions have been.
My question for today is:
Who has been the most influential person in your life. If you don't care will you also share why

I will share with you one of the most influential and supportive individuals of my life. That person would be my dad. You see my dad would have celebrated his birthday on this Monday. He would not of asked for a cake but would of requested a pie to help him celebrate. Oh my dad was my friend, my supporter as well as the person who would bring me down to earth. I have many stories that I will be sharing with you on my blog in the next few days. Oh he was a very special person in my life and I want to share with you some of my favorite memories of him. So stayed tuned to hear more about him

  1. Gosh, that's tough. So many people. But I'm gonna say my daughters former boyfriends father and mother, who opened my eyes to a new way of thinking when it comes to the world.

  2. I had a friend in high school who really changed my life. He taught me so much and I always find myself doing things based off of what he taught me.

  3. Probably my dad. He has always been there for me as well as my Mom, of course, & my sisters. Once he even drove a neighbors car out of their garage because the engine was on fire & he didn't want it to burn the house down.

  4. My mom, for sure. She's the first person I go to when I need advice about something and she always gives me wise counsel. I love her very much!

  5. Definitely my mother. I can not imagine life without her. She has always supported me and been there to listen to me. Sure we have our disagreements from time to time, but I am so glad she lives right around the corner.

  6. My grandparents on my mother side. They were the only grandparents I ever had because my father was an orphan. It would take too long to list all of the reasons. I miss them dearly!

  8. My dad for oh so many reasons. But when I look back now he is always the one that comes to mind about how or why I do something the way I do.
