  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. Top with cheese; cover and cook for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. For remoulade, in a small bowl, combine the Miracle Whip, lemon juice, pepper sauce, relish and capers. Spread rolls with butter and sprinkle with remaining garlic powder. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve burgers on rolls with remoulade. Yield: 4 servings.

    Beanitos review

Do  you worry about what you give your family to eat? Well as a mother and grandmother this crosses my mind often. As we all know teens love to munch and sometimes what they munch on is not all that great. Beanitos offers a way to give our family a great snack they will love as well as ensure us the fact that they are eating food that is good for them.

Beanitos is the bean chip that is keeping snackers happy. Making Beanitos a healthier chip. Beanitos is a snack that recently entered the marketplace in 2010. Brothers Doug and Dave Foreman created Beanitos to develop delicious and nutritious food products. Beanitos are low glycemic snack that will not spike blood sugar and are better for you than other chips. Beanitos contain 5 grams of vegetable fiber, 4 grams of complete protein and are rich in Essential ALA Omega 3s. Beanitos are always free of corn, wheat, soy, potato, trans fat, cholesterol and are verified non GMO gluten free, lab tested and certified low glycemic & kosher!

Beanitos is also available in single serve package. The single serve package packs 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. The average regular bag of potato chips offers 2 grams of protein an 1 gram of fiber. The new single serve packages can easily be sold at places like schools, vending machines, delis & sandwich shops, hotels and convenience stores. Many of us like to snack and are often needed between meals Beanitos now provide a sensable snack that will fill us up longer and is healthier for you.

Beanitos come in four (4) great flavors. Flavors such as black bean, pinto bean, chipolte bbq, and cheddar cheese. Our family favorite was a tie between the chipolte bbq and the cheddar cheese. What would your family favorite be? Want to find out?

Buy: you can find beanitos at a variety of places including purchasing online. Visit here to find out where you can purchase beanitos

My dad was a collector of sorts. He collected and then he often sold what he collected. Among the items he dealt with was old bottles. Many people knew about this obsession of this so many that he earned the nickname bottle man. So it was to my amazement and delight that I found a company that recycled old bottles and used them to make beautiful new products.

Bottlehood creates awesome products such as

Surprise your friends by using the Corona spoon rest when you cook. We all know there must be somewhere to put that stirring spoon and why not have an awesome spoonrest created by bottlehood?

    Sunday Morning Pancakes

My mother used to make pancakes quite often for breakfast on Sunday mornings. When my family was younger I made Sunday breakfast special for my children as well. I thought it might be a great idea to share a few pancake tips with you this wonderful sunday morning

    • use fresh ingredients , ingredients that are not so fresh will make imperfect pancake mix.
    • it is important to bring all ingredients to room temp before mixing together. Eggs and milk should be allowed to sit to reach room temp. The result of not allowing all ingredients to reach room temp may result in tougher pancakes
    • allow batter to sit to allow the baking powder to activate within the batter. First mix so that all lumps have disappeared and allow batter to sit for at least 10 minutes
    • Prepare your skillet so that it will be hot before you pour in the batter. Warm up a bit of veggie oil or butter When pan is hot pour in batter
    • Now is where you need patience because you want to allow the pancake to form until bubbles appear on the entire surface. Then it is time to flip the pancake, turn down heat a bit and beware of burning.
    • before starting another pancake wipe surface of skillet with paper towel.
