Penne Perfection

Penne Perfection

2 Tbls. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup diced onion
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced green pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 can (28 oz.) crushed or chunky tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. sugar
16 oz. penne pasta, cooked as directed on package

In skillet with olive oil, saute garlic, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and Italian seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and heat through.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tossed salad and fresh Italian bread.
