Honey Ginger Fruit Dip

Honey-Ginger Fruit Dip -
From: The American Heart Association's Patient Education program
Fresh ginger adds the "wow" factor to this dip. It is especially
good with crisp apple or pear slices.
Serves: 12
1 8oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 tsp honey
1 tsp grated peeled ginger root
1/2 tsp poppy seeds

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients.

Serves: 12
