Cheese Potato and Sausage Casserole

Cheese potato and sausage casserole

6-8 medium sized potatos (diced with skin)
1 lb of Polish Sausage (diced)
3/4 diced onion
1 lb Velvetta cheese (cubed)
3/4 c milk
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with non stick spray. Put potatoes in the bottom of the dish. Then layer in the rest of the ingredients up to the milk. Add about 1/4 cup of the milk. Reserve other 1/2 cup for later in baking process. Spice to taste. Bake for first hour uncovered, then cover with aluminum foil the last hour.
