Hot Pinapple Casserole

HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
crushed Ritz crackers
Mix all together, except the Ritz crackers. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:
Nice side dish to a baked ham and mashed sweet potatoes.
