Hearty French Dip Sandwiches

one thing that college students as well as many of us love is great tasting sandwiches. Here is a delicious sandwich that many will love
Hearty French Dip Sandwiches
1 onion, sliced
1 roast, boneless (3 lbs.)
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. ) condensed french onion soup
1 loaf french bread, halved length wise
1/4 c butter, soft
1 T grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t garlic salt
8 slices part skim mozzarella cheese

Pace onion in a 4 or 5 qt. slow cooker Cut roast in 1/2 pace over onion. Puour the soup over beef and cook cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or til meet is tender Remove meat to a cutting board Let stand for 10 minutes Thinly slice meat across the grain and return to the slow cooker Hat.
Place bread on an ungreased baking sheet Combine butter parmesan cheese and garlic salt: spread over bread Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or til lightly brown Layer with the place bread top: cut diagonally Serve with cooking juices.
