Taste of Mexican Cooking



Brown ground meat - I used two pounds of ground turkey. Mix in one packet of taco seasoning and one quarter cup water. I also added in 3 tablespoons of minced onion and one can of cut up baby corn. (I didn't have corn kernels in the house, so used the next best thing)



Line the bottom of a casserole dish with crushed tortilla chips. We used Trader Joes brand blue chips.


Pour the meat over the tortilla chips.


Cover with a layer of tortilla chips.


Cover with a layer of cheese and then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
