Swiss Steak

Swiss Steak

6-8 oz Swiss steak
1 cup Flour
½ lb Butter
2 cans Brown gravy
2 each Carrots, julienne into 3" strips
3 stalks Celery, julienne into 3" strips
1 Onion, medium-sized, julienne
Salt & pepper

Dip each cut of steak in flour; salt & pepper to taste. Sautee in butter
until golden brown. Place in baking pan. Cover with gravy. Top with
carrots, celery and onions. Cover with Saran wrap, then foil and bake
at 375 degrees for 3 hours.
