Walking is so good for you. I walk the dog every day.
ReplyDeleteI don't have any specific tips but I do hope you'll stick with it. Of all the different physical activities I've tried, I always go back to walking as being one of the best and easiest on the joints...As long as you are walking someplace with interesting things to see along the way, the time flies...

ReplyDeleteBetween 2 and 8 miles a day is GREAT! Walking is so good for you.
