Do You Remember


December 7th 1941 is a date in history that will live forever in infamy. President Franklin D. Roosevelt shared is thoughts with the United States on December 8th 1941. The day after Pearl Harbor was attacked. There were 2,403 lives lost and nearly 2000 other individuals were injured. Lives were not the only thing damage or lost as battleships, cruisers, destroyers and other air craft were lost or destroyed.

Every year since the attack December 7th has been "observed" as National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. Millions of individuals will travel to the Pearl Harbor Memorial in Hawaii. Those who survived the terrible day and those that have heard the story will all travel to pay tribute and remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
