Stomach Problems When You Just Cant Go

I know we often do not want to talk about the subject of Constipation but there are times that i wish someone would share some advice and since I found a great informational post on the every day health website i thought I would share some tips they shared:
  • eat more fiber: nuts, veggies and whole grains are great sources
  • drink more liquids : the best sources are fruit juices and water
  • exercising : 30 minutes a day will make a big difference
