Wild Rice Spoon Bread

Wild rice spoon bread


1 c Cooked wild rice
1⁄4 c Cornmeal
2 c buttermilk
1 t Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
2 T butter, melted
1⁄2 t Baking soda

1. Combine ingredients together and mix to form smooth batter.
2. Put batter in a greased baking dish and bake at 325 °F for 1 hour
