Manhattan Toy review and giveaway

Manhattan Toy Company the company that creates great quality toys that children love. Manhattan Toy Company pioneered the way into modern day toys. Using non traditional cloth and introducing a great new way into soft toys. I share a main concept with the Manhattan Toy Company being that learning through play is fun and a great way to learn. Play is essential in the life of a child and helps build cognitive, emotional and social development and helps to build imagination skills.

The Manhattan Toy carries brands that are as familiar to us as Whoozit and Dr. Seuss as well as 500 original product designs. The one thing that Manhattan Toy Company makes sure that all the product are is safe. Safety is one guide point that the Manhattan Toy Company strives to top all rules and guidelines set down by the government.

Manhattan toy company starts out catering to the very young. We received the great activity book Find The Bear. It is so soft to touch and fun to read my granddaughter at the age of 9 months loves to feel the pages while I read it and my nephew at the age of 3 loves to have it read to him as he lifts the various flaps and looks for Mr. Bear.

But as my granddaughter grows the Manhattan Toy Company will continue to travel with her. I would love to get her this princess doll when she is the appropriate age to play with it. Since she is our little princess this would make a great pal to her in my opinion.

Then Sings My Soul Meme

As you listen to these words think back to a time when you were so close to God you could reach and touch him. If that is you right now then that is wonderful you know how this love feels. If you are not as close as you once were then take time look back think about what has gotten in your way. What stands between you and your Lord that is wanting to wrap his arms around you and hold you so tightly. If you are reading this and you have never felt the feeling of being loved by our Lord Jesus realize he has loved you since you were created and he is waiting for you to confess your love as well. He is so wonderful Jesus paid it all and when we think life is getting us down just take a step back and realize that Jesus is there for us and always will be.

Snack and Play Tray by Starkids

As many of you know my grand baby travels quite a little bit with her parents. This often makes her a fussy little baby since sitting for so long does not allow her to play or to share a snack. These problems are resolved with the ease of the Snack and Play Tray by Starkids. How wonderful for her it is to be able to have a snack on her little crackers without having to worry about not dropping them or to have all of her toys close by without worrying about them rolling away. I must say thank you StarKids for allowing my granddaughter to be able to enjoy her journeys as much as her mom and dad do.

Upon arrival of the product I thought this is so cool the rim of the tray allows for no bend without hard pressure. Perfect for what my grand baby needs to hold on so that they toys do not easily fall off and the snacks do not roll off. The snack and play tray by starkids is the perfect fit for her car seat as it surrounds the car seat forming sort of a desk. She did not seem to mind it and I believe rather liked it. The ease is also for the parents as there is no work in getting the tray to go on or take off. The day that we tried the Snack and Play Tray we were in and out of the car allot and it was no problem with the tray. We did learn that all though there are clip closures on both sides if we undid just the one by the door and swing it over to the seat area then undid the strap for the car seat we could easily place her back in the same way. Another great reason that I loved the Snack and Play Tray by Starkids was because it was cleanable simply with a mild soap and water. Great for a toddler on the go. We were not able to try it on her stroller since we used the umbrella stroller but I can see the great ease of use it would be with the great side pockets that could carry needed items such as juice cup or bottle, keys for mom or dad as well as any needed toys, or other supplies. Yes to me the Snack and Play tray by Starkids is a very worthwhile product.

Whale Tails Tortilla Chips

Are you a chip and dip type of person? If so you may be like me and like a chip that will hold up the dip so that when you take a bite the dip stays on the chip and does not fall in your lap. Oh man the stories I could share with you about this. Let me tell you about a chip that I have tested recently that I truly think has the shape and strength to hold up any dip you may want it to. Whale Tails Torilla Chips are the chips that I refer to these delicious, crunchy chips witha tail at the end are the perfect chip in my opinion for dipping.

The story behind these Whale Tails Tortilla Chips goes something like this. A surfer guy and his gal had been surfing all day and an attack of the hungries was fast approaching. They did not share alot of money between them but scratched up enough to buy a bag of tortilla chips and some guacomole dip. As they shared the snack a great song about a whale came on the radio and exactly at that point in time the guacomole fell off the chip and landed square in that cassette. At that point in time the couple entered into a path of thought of how to make a better chip while drawing awareness to the plight of the whales. Thus in the end the Whale Tails Chips were created.

Can you tell from the chip on the left and the whale tail on the right where the name Whale Tails Tortilla Chips came from? I believe you can.
Whale Tails Chips stay busy with not only making this great tasting dip chip but also giving back to the original cause. They work hard for ocean conservation, support the group surfriders group that strives to keep the beaches clean and strives to help educate others about ocean conservation, as well as several other great groups involved in educationing, protecting and sharing with others about whales and the great ocean. By visiting the Whale Tails Chips website you can read about all the activities that they are involved in.
Buy: you can order online or you may be able to find the great dipping chips at a store near you. You can check here to see if there is a shop that sells the Whale Tails Chips near you by following this link http://whaletailschips.com/where_to_buy.html The price of these chips that give back are a great value to me and are sold online in bundles so that you can feed a bunch or save some for later.

Andean Collection Review and information

The Andean Collection is a fair trade company that creates beautiful jewelry while upholding socially conscious policies. Artisians in South America from poor communities of Peru and Ecuador create a piece of beauty to sell and in return get a bit more of what they need for their families. Profit from the jewelry goes not only to the artisians their selves but part goes to the community as well. To find out more about the Andean Connection you can visit this link
http://www.theandeancollection.com/

Now that you know a bit of the background may I travel forward and tell you about the beautiful, colorful jewelry that these special ladies make. Oh the colorful braclet that I received from these ladies reminded me of a glorious day and a necklace that I received from my grandmother many years ago. The Andean Collection carries the flair of the past and the way of the Andean people. Using materials such as acai berries that have recently gained in popularity in the U.S. for their antioxidant , pambil, a palm essential to the culture of Ecuador: and huayruro, a naturally red sead used by peruvians for generations and thought to bring good luck. The seeds are used to create beautiful jewelry that are durable and offer an alternative to the synthetic beads that are seen quite often in today's jewelry.

The great look of the Andean Collection is only topped by the great price of these wonderful pieces. Not only does the great pieces assure you a look like no other but also the great feeling inside that you know that you are helping the Andean People and a price that pleases your pocket as well.

To buy any of these great products and to find out more about the wonderful Andean Collection visit the website located here. http://www.theandeancollection.com

Zebra Mix Review and Giveaway UPDATE

ZEBRA MIX

All of you know that I am a big activist for learning through hands on or play. I have recently found a wonderful company that is making this in the kitchen as well. Zebra Mix is the only company that I have found to come out with mixes designed to teach lessons in the kitchen. Allowing our children to expore in the kitchen allows them to gain confidence in their selves. Following traditional recipes or using the ever popular mixes from the supermarket did not function well for young children and often left behind huge messes. Leading to the downcline of allowing the child to cook in the kitchen. Now with Zebra mixes the mess can be limited and the lessons in the kitchen can be taught. In school the lessons of math, reading and science are all taught. What if I told you that the Zebra mixes can help your child learn such lessons in a fun way with a bonus great taste in the end for all. Sound great? Does to me.

The adventure that you will take with your child or they will take alone if old enough will start out with a safari baking map. Cool huh a read adventure upon the cooking trail. The great map allows your child to use the side that his knowledge and talent is on. Using the Zebra Mix advenutre map will take them on a trail of word games, math and science adventures and lead them upon the line of creating a wonderful treasure.

Want to know one of the best parts about the Zebra Mix? They use only organic ingredients. YEAH!!!!!!!!! Good and fun while using the best ingredients available. There are currently 3 different mixes available at this time (1) chocolate cake mix (2) brownie bites and (3) zebra cupcake and icing kit. All three of which sound great and would place a smile on your childs face and on yours for the fun they will have, lesson they will learn and knowledge that they are made of great ingredients. At $5.99 a kit how can you afford to say no to such a great product?
If you are looking for a gift for a special little baker in training you should check out the wonderful activity totes. All totes include the choice of mix, apron, and other needed supplies. Just think of the fun you could have with all these great goodies.

Buy: You can purchase any of the zebra mixes you can head over to the store site here http://www.zebramix.com/store/?fbid=J9AsykaRxKU For a short period of time if you purchase a mix you can get a apron for free if you are interested in this leave me a comment and I will email you the coupon code

My teens have been doing allot of the cooking and cleaning. How wonderful little complaints from one in particular (the baby) but mainly they just are doing great volunteering. Kid Safe Ink Tattoos Review and giveaway

Have you ever been in a large crowd with a little child? I have and I know that my grasp grows tightly around that child's wrist or if they are small enough I wrap my arms around them for safety. Now there is one more safety technique out there that I find and love. The Kid Safe Ink Tattoos will help your child get in contact with you if they would by chance get by their selves. I remember how the loud speaker at the grocery store would ring out a name some one has lost their mommy. Oh this terrifies the child and the parent. With Kid Safe Ink the parents number is attached to the child in a manner that can not be easily lost. Perhaps creating less of an impact on the child and parent in case an incident would happen.

Kid Safe Ink Tattoos are fun and easy to use for both the parent and child. The customized look and the phone number on the tat ensures that the child is only a phone call away. Simply instruct your child if they become lost to simply find someone who can make a call for them. Imagine a less stressful vacation for both the child and parent by using Kid Safe Ink Tattoos.

From the Kid Safe Ink Tattoos:

How to use
1. Pick a spot that people can see, or that your child can easily show. Try the forearm or shoulder; the shin is a great spot for kids in shorts!
2. Make sure the area is free of all bug sprays, and lotions.
3. Remove plastic backing, and press the sticky side of the tattoo against the clean skin.
4. Thoroughly wet a wash cloth or sponge and hold it against the back of the tattoo for approximately 30 seconds. The paper will peel off easily.
5. Allow the tattoo to dry completely before touching it, swimming or covering it with clothing (should be about 5 minutes).
6. You're done! Now you can enjoy your day with a little piece of mind!

For less than $1 a tattoo you can give yourself peace of mind by purchasing the Kid Safe Ink Tattoos. Piece of mind and a child safe is worth much more to me.

Win a set of tatoos for your child. Yes that is right one of Annies Home readers will win a pack of safety tats for their child.

How to win: head over to Kid Safe Ink and tell me what your favorite tatoo style is

Fairytale Brownies Review and Giveaway

We were recently treated to Fairytale Brownies. What a treat and ooohhhh so goood. We received a delicious dozen that tasted great. We examined every brownie as they came out of the box. So many different flavors were available. I have six children and believe me each of them found a favorite flavor that they loved. These brownies were not small but were large and each brownie was enough for two servings.

These marvelous fairy tale brownies got their start sixteen years ago. The Fairytale brownies company owners have been best of friends since elementary school. Brownies as we all know are loved by most kids and since forming a friendship the duo knew they wanted to sell brownies. The duo that bake and sell these fairy tale brownies use a old favorite recipe and bake them by hand in an oven. What other company can say that. Perhaps that is why they taste so good a little bit of friendship and love is baked into each of these great fairytale brownies.

Whatever the reason for the celebration or time of year fairytale brownies have just what you are looking for. Birthdays, graduation, celebrations, anniversary's, whatever, there is a fairytale brownie to help make the occasion special. So for some great tasting snacks purchase some fairytale brownies.

Win: One of Annies Home lucky readers will recieve a dozen of the great brownies.

I found a lovely site that helps us celebrate being grandparents. The website is theGrandparentGiftco.com Oh what a site it is from frames that celebrate everyday events to other items that celebrate the special events that happen in your child or grandchild's life.

The founder of Grandparents Gift is a mother of four named Teri who decided to create a gift company after the first poem she wrote titled Grandma's Heart touched those who read it so deeply she knew she had the talent. Teri writes every poem herself. I love the one she created that was placed on the frame that I received. The name of the poem is What Are Grandparents Made Of. It was stylishly done and next to the poem sits a picture of my beautiful granddaughter. The beauty of the poem shining with the beauty of my little princess touches my heart each time I see it.

The poem to the right was written for a father who has a grown child. Like me and you a poem that celebrates the great times that we have had like our grandfather

To find that special fathers day gift for your father, grandfather or perhaps a new father check out the great items at Grandparents Gifts Co.

Pam's Pantry is a small home based business that located in the heart of central Michigan. With a line of gourmet dips, dressings spreads, cheesecake mixes, bar-B-Qs and picklers. Let me tell you when our package arrived from Pam's Pantry the aroma that rose out of that box was delicious. Oh it truly smelled like my grandmothers spice cabinet. I can remember what goodies grandma would make and I see the potential of what I could make by using the great mixes at Pam's Pantry. Delicious is what I say. Rest assured there are no preservatives or fillers. Started out of desperation and a little bit of scared and apprehensive Pam's Pantry was created to help fulfill the household income by creating delicious mixes that others love.

Here is a Delicious recipe that is created by using one of Pam's Pantry mixes and adding in just a few more items you end up with a delicious dessert.

Follow package directions for baking pie crust. Soften cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir in Pam's Pantry Chocolate Cream Pie Mix, and stir in container of cool whip. Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. Pat the peanut butter/sugar mixture into bottom of baked pie crust, spoon the Chocolate Cream Pie Mix into pie shell, refrigerate, slice and serve.

We received a dream sickle dip mix that we will be taking to the church picnic. What do you think those church kitchen ladies will think of that. It won't take me much time or money to create and it will taste so good thanks to Pam's Pantry. Thank you.

Talk about a great deal. Each of Pam's Pantry Review mixes are only $3.75 per mix. This to me is a great deal. Take a look and see what all is available to you. Many of these dip mixes saves us money, time and allows us to save money as well. Just think about all those times you will need a cool dip to take to a picnic or surprise guest pop in. I am not sure about you but I love to have a great barbq in the summer and Pam's Pantry would be a featured guest that everyone would be interested in.

Tip: quick slice of those little tomatoes

This is a little tip that I learned by watching T.V. Yes you can learn things when you watch t.v. Actually I was watching Rachael Ray. I learned a lesson on how to slice those little cherry or grape tomatoes. The tip is to line them all up on a deli container lid (you could also use cottage cheese lid) no crowding. Then top with a second lid of same size. Now the trick is to slice through the tomatoes while slightly pressing on the top lid to keep in place. One swift move and they are all sliced. now what do you think of that. I personally thought it was great
