Florentine Fabuloso


1/3 cup chunky garden style pasta sauce
1 pound frozen pizza dough, thawed
5 oz pkg baby spinach
2 tbs oil
1 small onion, peeled, minced
1 clove garlic, peeled, minced
3 tbs pine nuts, toasted
8 oz container small mozzarella cheese balls
10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet, cook 1 tbs oil until heated. Add onions. Cook until tender. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
(2.) Stir in spinach and nutmeg. Cook until spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
(3.) On floured surface, roll out dough to 14" round. Transfer dough to baking sheet. Spread pasta sauce over dough. Top sauce with spinach onion mixture, tomatoes, cheese balls and nuts. Coat edges of dough with remaining oil. Bake 20 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Serve warm.
