Southern Corn Fritters
2 1/2 c prepared biscuit mix
1/2 t salt
2 T corn meal
1 T butter or margarine, melted
2 c canned cream style corn
Mix first 3 Add butter and corn Beat well and drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat til brown. Serve with syrup and butter
