TRIPLE BERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIES
In blender or food processor, combine 2 containers 6 oz each strawberry, blackberry or mixed berry yogurt, 1 cup sweetened cream of coconut and 2 cups milk. Puree until blended. Add 2 cups frozen raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries. Puree until smooth. Divide fruit yogurt mixture among 4 chilled glasses. Divide 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes among smoothies. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired, then serve.
