Cheese Burger Joes
1 lb. ground beef ($1.15 on sale)
6 oz. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up ($1.50)
1/4 cup ketchup (in pantry .25)
1 tsp. onion powder (in pantry .10)
1 tsp. yellow mustard (in pantry (.10)
6 hamburger buns, partially split ($1.15)
BROWN meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
ADD VELVEETA, ketchup, onion powder and mustard; mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook
until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring Serve in buns
