- 1 cup pineapple, cut into wedges
- 1 cup mango, cut into wedges
- 1 cup papaya, cut into wedges
- 1 large tomatoes, cut into wedges and seeded
- 1 half onion, cut into wedges
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Switch to the chopping/mixing blade and add in the cilantro, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until all the ingredients are blended together. Serve immediately with chips.
