This low calorie, light and delicious juice does not require much as far as ingredients go. All that is needed is the ripest and sweetest nectarines, sweet watermelon and a date for sweetener.
1 Nectarine, pitted with or without skin
1 cup of watermelon
1 small pitted date
In a blender, I use Magic Bullet, blend together, watermelon, nectarine and date until smooth. If you need a sweeter juice, add 1 tsp of honey.
