Candy Blondies
2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
In a separate large bowl beat together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Then slowly beat in the flour mixture until all combined. Then stir in the white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's.
Spread the batter evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Then place the remaining 1/4 cup of White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M's on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 12 larger bars, but they can be cut into smaller pieces. Store in an airtight container.
