Venison Noodle Skillet

This recipe comes from our local newspaper in an article from the extension office. The official book that this recipe comes from is titled From Field to Table

1 lb venison ground
3 T vegetable oil
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c diced celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1qt tomatoes
2 c noodles uncooked
1 small can mushrooms
1 t salt
1 small can kidney beans
1 t pepper

brown meat in large skillet Drain off excess fat Add oil, onion, celery and pepper saute until veggies are transparent Add remaining ingredients and mix well Cover and bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
