Snacks that May Help Lower Cholesterol

I am not sure about you but some of my mommy habits have to do with snacks. I am learning though that the bag of chips I may of snacked on when I was younger is not my snack of choice now. I have been trying my best to find healthier snacks. Thanks to the website everyday health I now have some options of snacks that may help lower my cholesterol as well. These snacks included:
  • nuts and seeds
  • apples
  • oat bran
  • grapefruit
