Bean and Corn Salsa

I attended a great salsa night tonight. No we did not do the dance. Yes we did eat salsa. In fact we were taught how to make a few different types of salsa and then ate a sample of each. I want to share one of these salsas with you.

Bean & Corn Salsa
2 cans black eyed peas: drained and rinsed ($1)
2 cans shoepeg corn: drained and rinsed ($1)
bunch of green onions: chopped (.50)
1/4 c chopped cilantro ($1)
2 cans mandarian oranges: drained ($1)
italian dressing: 1/3 of bottle (in fridge)
Mix all and chill eat with chips
