Dip for Veggies


1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp parsley, dried
1/4 cup dry skim milk
10 oz reduced fat mayonnaise, or salad dressing
3/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor. Refrigerate
for at least 4 hours to let flavors blend. Serve with cut raw broccoli
or cauliflower or with salad greens
