Mix together 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce, 1 tsp peeled and grated ginger, 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 tbs sugar, 2 tbs red wine vinegar, 2 tsp cornstarch and 2 garlic cloves, finely minced, until smooth. Can be used as a dipping sauce for meats and fish or use it in cooking.
