Did you know that fruit has the power to improve hearth health?? Fruit is loaded with nutrients to help lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. Studies have also shown that individuals that enjoy fresh fruit four or more times a day have been able to significantly lower their blood pressure. Fruit is packed with fiber and potassium two things that help prevent hypertension.

Here is a recipe that you can dip the fruit in if you wish:.
2 cups green or red grapes (halved if you desire)
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced (2 cups)
1 red or green apple , cored, thinly sliced.
1 1/2 cups plain, fat free greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Chop and prepare fruits Arrange on a large plate or platter
Mix in small bowl yogurt, honey and vanilla Combine. Serve
flavored yogurts are packed with extra sugar and preservatives. Making your own is a wiser choice. Stir in honey or maple syrup along with handful of chopped fruit
Greek yogurt has a thicker consistency perfect for a dip but any plain yogurt can be substituted
