Happy Mar10 Day

If you grew up in the Nintendo era then I am sure that you know who Mario is. He is one of the two brothers that made up the game that is named after them. To celebrate Mario the date of March 10 or Mar10 has been selected Perhaps I should take a step back and share with you all a bit more about who Mario is.

The Super Mario video game(s) follows the adventures of two Italian plumber brothers. Mario an Luigi are needing help from the player to rescue the Princess Peach from the evil Bowser. Princess Peach is the princess of the fictional Mushroom kingdom (the set of the game) Thru helping the brothers to rescue the princess there is great fun to be had.

The Super Mario Brothers game is considered to be one of the best selling games of all times. Many whether players or not recognize the video game characters in the world. Shigeru Miyamoto the creator of Mario first created him for the game Donkey Kong. In total Mario has been featured in over 200 video games as well T.V. shows and comics.

Today, celebrate Mario Day by dusting off the old console and enjoy the day playing the game with someone. The fun and frustration of the game will surely come back shortly. Today, is the day to remember all the characters of yesteryear and introduce them to someone new.
