1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, shredded
2 small red apples, peeled, cored, shredded
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
- In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add in the cabbage, onion, carrot and apple, and toss well to coat.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend and marinate. Toss again before serving.
