Hamburger Month: Mexican Hamburgers

ground beef: 1 pound
ground pork: 1/4 pound
chopped fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup
garlic , minced: 2 cloves
salt: 1/2 teaspoon
pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
oregano: 1/4 teaspoon
grated cheddar cheese: 1/4 cup
canned diced green chilies, drained: 3 tablespoons
cornmeal: 1/4 cup
salsa: 1/2 cup
Mix all together in bowl, do not over handle. Shape into patties and grill or pan fry to your liking
