Happy Social Wellness Month If you have obtained social awareness then you should have an overall feeling of happiness. Mind, body and spirit should all be in harmony. There are many many things that make us smile. They may not all be the same but they should give us all the same sort of feeling. So for social wellness month I thought I would offer some great ways to be as socially healthy as you can be.
Spend some time chatting with a friend. A friend is the one that does not judge us but listens to what we have to say. Better yet, why not chat with a group of friends
This one may seem simple to you. Take some time to relax, its a good way to clear your mind and find some inner peace. We love to spend time near the river. It gives us a chance to relax and enjoy the day.
