Spearmint

Herbs add an extra level of taste in our diet. Herbs have zero calories, fat or sodium. Heat will destroy their nutrition values and crushing herbs is not good either. Spearmint is a herb that can add flavor to a dish, dessert or in a drink.



 Try adding it to a glass of water in order to help you gain the recommended level of water in the day as well. Simply Mix:


  • 8 Oz. Water
  • 1 Sprig Spearmint - snapped
  • 1 Slice Cucumber


Spearmint can be used to relieve nausea and ease stomach digestion. Cold symptoms can find some relief with spearmint as well.
