Morning Boost Smoothie



1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup oats (gluten free)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 scoop brown rice protein powder
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Almond milk

In a blender, combine fruit, oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and coconut oil. Pour almond milk over ingredients until just covered. Blend on high until smooth. Add more almond milk to thin if necessary.
