2 tsp. oil
4 bone in pork chops (1 1/2 lb) or 4 chicken breast boneless (1 lb)
1 red pepper, chopped1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 cans (8 oz. each) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/2 c fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 c catalina dressing
1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 c instant white rice, uncooked
Heat oil in large non stick skillet on medium heat. Add meat, cook 5 minutes on each side or til brown on both sides Mix all but rice spoon over chops Boil Stir in rice cover Cook on medium heat 5 minutes or til chops are done Remove from heat stand 5 minutes
