Summer time at our house is snacking time But when the snacks are as good as these smoothies you can feel good saying yes
1 container (8 ounces) vanilla-flavored nonfat yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen strawberries or peaches
1/4 cup orange juice
In a blender, whip together all ingredients. Serve in glasses.

Wow, that looks really amazing. I love starting my morning with colorful smoothies. Although for quite sometime I got addicted to mango smoothie, so yellow smoothie it is every single morning, lol! Now, I'm having fun trying out different smoothie recipes. And must be weird but it's the color that appeals to me first. Your smoothie recipe is something I will definitely try, 'love the color!
