I recently visited my daughter and was rather proud to see her match prices, create a menu and use coupons. Makes a mother happy when her little girl follows in her steps

Monday: easy beans and weenies cups
Tuesday: chili
Wednesday: spaghetti casserole
Thursday: polish sausage bake
Friday: pumpkin pancakes, pancakes, sausage
Saturday: mac cheese, polish sausage casserole
Sunday: roast

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! The pumpkin pancakes sound delicious! One of my friends just told me that she makes zucchini pancakes...like zucchini bread only pancakes. I never thought about doing that but will have to try it out!
