As I was gathering ideas to fill in my meal plan for the summer months I found several recipes for fruit salsa. Fruit around here is always kid friendly and helps the meal go well. So I knew I had to share with you a recipe for fruit salsa as well.
2 fresh peaches, chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1¼ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lime peel, grated
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing gently. Serve
