All belts and hoses on your car should be checked. Like your battery cold temps can damage or harden rubber. Any damage noted needs taken care of. Damage could include hardening, softening, leaking, cracks, blistering or other visual damage. Belts should be checked to make sure they are not loose, cracked, frayed or glazed.

The air filter, cabin air filter and fuel filter are important to the longevity of your car. They should be replaced regularly. Filters should be checked for clogging and replaced as needed.
