Beef In Foil Dinner

Beef In Foil Dinner
lb ground beef
4 potatoes, sliced
4 onions, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1 can peas, drained
4 T butter
Cut 4 large pieces of foil. Divide meat into four patties and place on foil, off center. Place potatoes, onions and carrots on each patty Pour peas over each patty Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper Fold foil over each dinner and seal edges well so juices will not leak out. Place on a cookie sheet Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour Remove from foil and serve

  1. Take out the peas and add onions and spices and I make these FREQUENTLY except we cook them on the grill!

    YUM. {I wish my hubby ate peas}
