Chess Pie

1 frozen deep-dish pie shell
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat ingredients together well with mixer. Pour into frozen pie shell. To prevent over-browning, wrap edges of pie shell with strips of aluminum foil. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until center has set (no more than slight jiggle when you give pie a gentle shake). Serve warm or chilled, but be sure to store in refrigerator, since it has eggs in it.
