This Invention helps us add it up

1888 The first practical adding & listing machine (calculator) was patented by William Burroughs.


What would we do without the calculator?? Now while I am pretty good at math my co-workers use them daily. However, there are things that can be done by a calculator that can not be done by the average mind. So for this I say thank-you
