Long Island Tea

This is one of my friends favorite ways to cool down after a hot busy summer day. You can find it at many of your favorite restraunts but if you want to enjoy it at home and make it yourself then here is a recipe you could use

1/4 ounce Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1/4 ounce Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
1/4 ounce Captain Morgan Silver Spiced Rum
1/4 ounce Jose Cuervo Especial
1/4 ounce triple sec
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
6 ounces cola
1 wedge lemon (optional)
  1. Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, Captain Morgan Silver Spiced Rum, Jose Cuervo Especial, triple sec, and sweet and sour mix in ice-filled collins glass and stir.

    Top with cola.

    Garnish with lemon wedge (optional).
