2 lbs. meat
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
4 sliced carrots
3 cubed potatoes
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Place meat in pot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat and stir to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving. 4 servings.
DUMPLINGS FOR STEW

Moisten with milk to make a thick dough. Drop by spoonfuls on hot stew, cover and steam for 15 minutes without lifting cover. Stew must be in a medium boiling stage.
