The Alternative Baking Company is the company that sells the perfect cookies for everyone. They sell eleven different cookies that are all heavenly. The classic cookies are made with organic wheat flour and the wheat free cookies are made with organic barley flour. All of the cookies are sweetened with fruit juice and organic unrefined cane sugar. We recieved a few samples and let me tell you they were delicious.
