Parmesan Meatloaf


Combine 1½ pounds ground beef, 1 large egg, 1 grated onion, ½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley, ½ cup bread crumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan, and ¼ cup tomato paste; season with salt and pepper. On a foil-lined baking sheet, form the mixture into an 8-inch loaf. Bake at 400° F until cooked through, 40 to 50 minutes.

  1. I took out hamburger...well turkey meat for dinner. I was planning on making my normal meat loaf...but I'm gonna try this!
