- 1 container (8 oz) large fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp turkey sausage crumbles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Using a wet paper towel, wipe mushrooms clean and carefully remove stems.
In a glass baking dish, place mushrooms in a shallow amount of water. Drizzle with soy sauce and microwave for 5 minutes to soften mushrooms.
Combine cheese, sausage, garlic powder and salt.
Drain mushrooms and fill with cheese mixture. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
Place back in glass dish and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese mixture is heated through and mushrooms are tender.
