HERBED LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS
1 medium lemon, zested, juiced
2 tbs Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning blend
1 tbs unsalted margarine
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup flour
1 tbs brown sugar
1 cup low sodium chicken stock

Pat chicken breasts dry. Place flour and Mrs Dash in a plate and mix. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Heat margarine in a skillet and add chicken. Brown chicken on both sides but do not fully cook. Transfer chicken to casserole dish.
*In a bowl, mix zest and juice from 1 lemon, stock and brown sugar. Pour over chicken.
Bake 35 min. in 375 degree oven or until chicken breasts are fully cook, then serve.
