4 Cheese and Pasta

Looking for an easy meal look no further. This four cheese and pasta recipe will do just that and put smiles on the faces of your family as well.




6-8 oz. penne (or any tube) pasta
1/2-3/4 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet, brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste; drain. Add tomatoes to skillet; cook uncovered until slightly thickened. Stir in green onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cook 2 more minutes to melt the cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
