There are beautiful animals living around the world in wildlife that are being slaughtered for no other reason than greed. There are criminal networks world wide that will stop at nothing to get what they want which for some are animal parts and products that for reasons that none can really understand other than money. While there are synthetic substitutes for things like ivory and fur that don't require the brutal slaughter of animals to obtain. There is no excuse for the large amount of animals being poached every year. In 2012 Hillary Clinton took a stand as the Secretary of State and created World Wildlife Conservation Day to be celebrated on December 4th every year.
