Lets Do Lunch is a book that explains why the way we look at dieting may not be the way we should. Roger Troy Wilson weighed 425 lbs. and had a 5 foot waist. Losing weight was no longer a thought that he had any longer. For the most part he had started to prepare and pray to die and go to heaven. The diets he had tried he had not been successful with and losing weight seemed to be impossible. Roger had experimented with different foods and dieting patterns in a fifteen year period of time and developed a plan on how to loose weight and have more enjoyment in life doing so. The plan worked for him and he lost over 1/2 his weight and was able to maintain the weight loss for years. So many of us try so many different things to loose weight yet frustration often overtakes us and we are not successful. The book Doing Lunch helps to reveal the manner to loose weight in a less stressful manner. The book Doing Lunch reveals the secret that Roger found out as well as other information on foods that we may not have been aware of, ways to eliminate cravings, what places are best for getting something quick to eat, and lots of useful information to help make the goal of losing weight possible.
